Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
- Email hello@talltalecritters.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem
- You don’t need to send the item back unless we ask
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us. After that the item may already be in production.
